One of my favorite tools for painting was meant to be #trash

It’s a plate made of plexiglass (Plexiglas-Platte). I found it somewhere on the street (can’t remember where it was) and use it since years now for start a painting. I put oil color and thinner on the plate, press this on the paper and remove the plate from the paper. Before I go on with the painting I had to let the oil color try… Later I recognized that Max Ernst used a simular technique.
